Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her talent. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the most senior of three kids that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist. She's English as well as Scottish.
